Job Title: Director of Area Agency on Aging & Single-Entry Point
Department: Single Entry Point (SEP)
This full-time position is responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs in the service area related to the Area Agency on Aging and Single-Entry Point. The Director supervises the Single-Entry Point Supervisor and AAA Supervisor and assists where needed with the day-to-day operations within the SEP and AAA departments.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS), with experience in aging services, evaluation, management, and administration. Requires an intimate knowledge of all current and pending regulations or legislation affecting older adults. Knowledge of funding sources, the budgeting process and financial management. Specialized knowledge of principles and practices developed through relevant experience typically after baccalaureate education. Must be able to spend 12-18% of time off site, ability to evaluate and assess systems and programs, ability to conceptualize as well as work within realistic boundaries, proven oral and written communication skills.
Location: Fort Morgan
Pay Range: Depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
Job Title: Case Manager (Partially Remote)
Department: Single Entry Point (SEP)
This position is for Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, and Yuma Counties.
This position will be remote with some travel.
This full-time position is responsible for performing a variety of highly responsible, confidential, and complex duties including providing professional and technical assessment, case management and direct service and assistance to clients. Clients may include the elderly, blind, disabled, brain injured, mentally ill, developmentally disabled, those in Hospice care, pediatric and home health. Travel is required, must be able to manage a caseload of 80+, and be detail oriented.
Qualifications: Requires those who either have a degree in one of the Human Behavioral Science fields such as Human Services, Nursing – LPN or RN, Social Work, Psychology, etc. but will consider those who have experience and background to perform the work. Valid driver’s license. Must pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check.
Location: Office in Fort Morgan and Remote
Pay: $18.00- $20.00 hourly
Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Job Title: County Express Driver (Full-time and Part-time)
(Sterling, Fort Morgan, Yuma)
Department: County Express
Sterling: Need 5 part-time drivers
Fort Morgan: Need one full-time and one part-time driver
Yuma: Need one full-time driver
The full-time and part-time driver is responsible for safe transportation of clients in the Northeastern Counties as well as trips out of the area. Drivers must work as a team with dispatch centers, other drivers, supervisors, and the central office to coordinate passengers. Two positions are available.
Qualifications: Must have a Valid Driver’s License. Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug/Alcohol Screen and Background Check.
Location: Sterling, Fort Morgan, and Yuma
Pay: Starting at $13.00
Hours: Full-time/Part-time
